Kindness, kindness, kindness, kindness

In Acts 14:17 Paul was telling the people of Lystra about God: “He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy.”

He was highlighting how God was personally involved in their lives and actively providing for their well-being. This was (and is) evidence of his kindness.

How often do we forget this same fact?

Do you have the breath of life today? Thanks God.
Do you have air to breathe? Thank God.
Do you have food to eat? Thank God.
Do you have water to drink? Thank God.

Kindness, kindness, kindness, kindness.

If we were to take the time to unbury our heads from the muck of ingratitude and enumerate all the ways God provides for us, each one of us would have a list longer than Saskatchewan.

God’s kindness is a daily reminder that you are cared for and that your life matters.

Notice and give thanks.
